As a charity, KGC is governed by the rules and regulations of the Scottish Charity Regulator, OSCR:

As a gymnastics club, KGC is governed by the rules and regulations of Scottish Gymnastics:

Thereafter, governance of KGC does not override these rules and regulations but complements them and outlines policies and procedures specific to KGC.

Kingston is run by a board of trustees with help from committee members and coaches as follows:
