From little gymnasts just starting out in the sport, to older gymnasts looking to train without the pressure of competitions. Our recreational classes are for everyone to enjoy learning and progressing through our development plan in a fun environment.
The plan incorporates General Gymnastics, Tumbling and Acrobatics, allowing the gymnast to develop basic skills in a variety of disciplines.
Each year the gymnasts are offered the opportunity to achieve a British Gymnastics Rise Award. These Awards have different levels which allows each gymnast the opportunity to learn a number of skills at an appropriate level to achieve their Award. Gymnasts work towards a higher level each year.
Gymnasts can progress through recreational classes into our advanced recreational classes with some choosing to move to our Display or Competitive sections following a successful trial.
All gymnasts are invited to take part in our annual Christmas Display which is a great way to show off the skills they have learned to their family and friends.
