Christmas Display

Some final information on the Christmas Display being held tomorrow (Saturday 18th of December 2021).

Doors will open for gymnasts and spectators 15 minutes prior to the start time. The morning display runs from 10am till 12pm. The afternoon display runs 1pm till 3pm. Please queue outside, in a socially distant manor, prior to this time.

All spectators (unless exempt) with be required to wear a mask throughout the duration of the performance. We ask, in light of the recent announcements, that all gymnasts and spectators have a negative LFT prior to attending to help keep everyone safe. There will be sanitiser stations throughout the gym. We will no longer be serving tea and coffee during the break to avoid any need for masks to be removed. During the intermission the shutter doors will also be opened to increase ventilation (so wrap up warm!), and we would ask people to leave promptly at the end of sessions.

Parking will be limited within the estate, please do not block the entrances to other businesses. As far as possible please make use of the free on street parking in the surrounding streets.

Hopefully most gymnasts have now ordered and received their Kingston kit to wear on the day. Please arrive ready to perform. Long hair should be tied back in a neat bun or pleats.

Thank you for all of the kind donations that have been handed in for our raffle. Please remember cash on the day to purchase raffle tickets. We will no longer be serving for tea, coffee and donuts during our break, however you will still be able to purchase a donut at the end.

This information applies to gymnasts performing on both the morning and afternoon sessions (all competitive sections).

You are welcome to take your gymnast to a local eatery during the lunch break however please ensure that they are back in the gym prior to the start of the afternoon performance.

If you are not at the gym, your gymnast can bring a packed lunch and eat it in the waiting room. If you wish to do this please be aware that the gymnasts will not be supervised and that your gymnast is your responsibility outwith the times of the performances.

We are looking forward to it! See you all on Saturday!

Doors reopen and a new booking system

We are delighted to have reopened our doors today, after a long closure due to COVID 19.

All our classes have resumed in a full schedule. However, there are still strict procedures to follow in terms of signing in and out of classes. Please watch the video on our Facebook post for more information

And with the fresh start, Kingston Gymnastics Club are moving to an exciting new way to take bookings and payments. We’ve partnered with ClassForKids to provide you with an easy to use, modern and secure online booking system. This new booking system will allow us to focus on making our classes the best they can be, rather than the surrounding admin.

Using this new system, you only need to insert your details once and they’ll be stored for all future bookings. You can book anywhere, anytime, on any device, when it’s convenient for you.

To get started follow this link to book:

Once you find your class, select “info and booking” and follow the steps to create a ClassForKids account (if you don’t already have one). You’ll automatically be taken straight through to complete your booking and pay.

You can log into your Account at any time to view your bookings, pay and edit your personal details:

For our Competitive classes, you will need to join the waitlist. These classes are by invite only, so to avoid accidental bookings, we will accept your child’s place manually. All recreational classes are open for bookings, and new members can also book a trial through this system.
