Our first AGM will take place on Monday 28th of October at 7pm. This meeting is open to all and we would hope as many parents as possible can attend.
The board of trustees will step down and seek re-election during the meeting. We would also love to welcome new trustees on to the board. Ideally the club should have around 10 members on the board.
The club requires a wide range of skills on the board to help it run efficiently. It would benefit from all of the following skill sets:
- Leadership
- HR
- Finance
- Health & Safety
- Communications
- Legal
- Development
- A background in sports clubs
But most importantly… a passion for Kingston Gymnastics Club. But that’s not to say that you must have a child at the club. The board can consist of non-parent members also. So if you have a background in one of the above, and would like to get involved then please email info@kingstongymnastics.org
Once a new board has been elected, the AGM will then reflect on the past year for Kingston Gymnastics, before moving on to plans for the coming year.
